Boys and girls are different: A scientific study.

Hypothesis: Boys and girls are innately behaviorally different.

Study type: Observational

Study design: Non-Randomized, Non-Blinded

Arms: There were two groups: a "boys" arm and a "girls" arm.

Study description: I observed a large group of children.

Data:

  • The boys ran around a lot and jumped and yelled and climbed on things.
    • Some boys didn't do these things, but they were thrown out of the study because they weren't acting like boys.
  • The girls ran around a lot and jumped and yelled and climbed on things, but they did it in a girly way.
    • Some girls didn't do these things, but they were thrown out of the study because they weren't acting like girls.

Conclusion: Boys and girls are different. There are obviously no parenting or societal differences between how boys and girls are raised, so the observed differences must be innate.
