Our founder and author of several books, Sam McCain, Ph.D. is a native of Kansas City with an undergraduate degree from Hanover College in Chemistry and a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Sam has been conducting scientific research for the last 20 years and has been awarded over $3.5 million in research grants. He has published over 70 scientific papers in such science journals as Nature and Intelligent Design Quarterly.
With regards to origins issues, he believes that the central dogma of Darwinism - that highly complex systems developed by random chance and environmental pressure from simple, ancestral life-forms - remains highly speculative and statistically problematic. His view is that a design (non-chance)-based theory of origins is more consistent with the evidence.
Mary Davis, JD is a trial lawyer by education and an Intelligent Design researcher by hobby. She graduated from the School of Law at Kansas University in 1983 and has been researching origins issues ever since.
Douglas Lucine, Ph.D. is a the author of one of our most important Intelligent Design books. He received his undergraduate degree from Greater Kansas City Area Bible College, and went on to get a Doctorate from Kansas Theological University.
Douglas uses his advanced degree to study why evolution won't work, and likes to travel
Joseph Druski, D.C., is author of the celebrated Intelligent Design book Darwin's Winky.
Joseph received his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree from Los Angeles Internet University in 1996, and has recently given up the medical practice completely to help the Intelligent Design cause. He devotes much of his non-research time to writing letters to school boards and legislators.
Danny Davidson has done much exciting Intelligent Design research for us over the years. He was raised Southern Baptist and so has excellent scientific credentials.
Danny has submitted over 730 papers to the prestigious science magazine Journal of Biochemistry, and hopes to have one published one day.
