Faith Saves Woman From Act Of God

A F4 tornado tore through downtown Shawnee Kansas on Wednesday, killing 40 and leaving hundreds homeless, but miraculously spared one woman.

Local resident Janet Danforth was driving home from work when the twister crossed the road just yards in front of her car. The tornado picked up the vehicle and tossed it several hundred yards, destroying the vehicle and breaking both of Danforth's legs, one arm, and her neck, as well as fracturing her skull.

Speaking from the intensive care ward at St. Judy's Hospital, Danforth said she attended church regularly and it was not mere chance that allowed her to survive, it was her faith that had spared her life from this horrific act of God.

After she gets out of the hospital, Danforth has vowed to help the families of those whose faith wasn't strong enough to fend off God's attack.

Among the dead were all the residents of the Godless Hills Retirement Home, a satanic school teacher, and several members of the local Protestant Church.
