New Letter Created, The Artist Formerly Known As Prince Outraged

The twenty-seventh letter of the English alphabet was created yesterday by researchers at the Phonological Institute.

This letter, written in upper-case in the form of the little squiggly line The Artist Formerly Known as Prince (TAFKAP) uses to spell his formerly unpronounceable name, has the pop giant (hereafter pronounced taff cap) upset and threatening to sue the institute. "I used to have a cool, unpronounceable name," says taff cap, "now I'm just another nobody whose name is spelled with the letter 'taff cap', when I get hold of the bastards who created it, you better believe me, they'll pay."
