MSNBC, CNN, Foxnews Given Journalism Award

For their extreme coverage of the "Alligator Alley Terror Scare©", three of the major news outlets have been awarded the coveted "Excellence in Screwing Over Some Guy" journalism award.

The award, sponsored by the Jerry Springer Foundation, is given out annually to the news agencies that demonstrate their superior ability to screw around with someone's life.

Last year, for their efforts in destroying the career of Senator Gary Condit, the award went to MSNBC, CNN, and Foxnews.

This years winners, MSNBC, CNN, and Foxnews, were chosen for their outstanding destruction of the futures of the three medical students at the center of the Florida "Alligator Alley" Terror Scare©.

Upon receiving the award, a CNN spokesman thanked Americans for their "unwavering support of rumor and suspicion" and FoxNews Chairman Roger Ailes immediately increased the budgets of the Jumping To Conclusions and the What's "Alleged" Mean Again? reporting departments.

Smaller news agencies, such as ABC and NPR, were not very far behind the leaders, and most experts attribute the gap to smaller marketshare rather than lack of ability.
