Local Man Keeps Glancing At Tits, Ass
Several local women have reported numerous instances of Kansas resident Thomas Levy making furtive and possibly sidelong glances at their breasts.
The women, who have asked that their identities remain secret, made the allegations after Levy's eyes were seen to move down and rapidly back up several times when talking with the women. Levy, who asked that his identity and phone number remain available, says he tries not to look, but that he just can't help himself.
