Curling Invented Just To Piss Off Hockey Fans

The increasing popularity of the Scottish sport of curling and it subsequent introduction to the winter Olympics has many fans of more traditional sports upset. It now seems that this was the plan all along.

Anyone who has watched the coverage of the Olympics has heard of the centuries long tradition and evolution of the sport called curling. Viewers learned of its humble roots in the hilands of Scotland and the current debate about the "Canadianification" of the sport.

But according to local hockey fan Joshua Banks, "It's all made up, anyone can see how gay it is. It is not a real sport. The only reason the put it on is to piss me off."
