Sports Teams Refuse To Change Names

Despite a recent push to be more Politically Correct or "PC", several teams around the nation have refused to give in.

The most notable holdout team is the Washington Redskins. Detractors say the team should change it's name because "Redskin" is a derogatory term for an American-Indian.

"This is just simply not so," says Whitey Whiteman, owner of the Redskins, "It all depends on the context: When I say 'Redskin', I mean it in the context of friendship and peace. Besides, I know an Indian and he likes the name. Everybody's just too sensitive."

Some less famous "PC" holdouts include: the Redskinned Scalpers, the Miami Jewbeaters, the Wisconsin Dykebitches, the Alabama Gaybashers, the Mississippi Churchbombers, and the Mexican Scapegoats.
