'Homosexuality Is Evil' Says Alabama Supreme Court

Chief Justice Roy Moore of the Alabama Supreme Court has ruled that, because of her evil and immoral homosexuality, an Alabama woman cannot have custody of her three children.

Justice Moore announced the decision on the historic front porch of the Alabama State Legislature and Bait Shop building, saying "She is immoral 'cause gays is evil 'n stuff... Jethro! Put down that cat! Don't make me come over there! ...now where was I? Oh yeah, gays is evil 'n stuff 'cause God hates em. It says so in the Bible... Jethro! What did I just tells you?!"

While the homosexual man in Alabama was not available for comment, local gay activist George Norton responded to the news calmly, saying "Alabama has a Supreme Court? I mean really, isn't there some sort of literacy test? I thought we had a whole system set up specifically to keep places like Alabama, Kansas and Arkansas out of the law-making business. It's a new one on me."
